Hulteen Joins ASAP as Chief Development Officer

Arnie Hulteen

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Arnie Hulteen has joined the organization effective June 1 as ASAP's Chief Development Officer. Arnie has devoted his entire professional career to perfecting his skills in all areas of fundraising and nonprofit management, especially major and planned giving, foundation and corporate support, direct mail, volunteer development, and media and public relations.

Among his past responsibilities, Arnie has enjoyed long-term senior development positions with the Salvation Army, Father Flanagan's Boys Town, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra in New York, and most recently as Vice President of global advancement for Crown Financial Ministries.

Living in suburban Atlanta, Arnie and his wife, Nancy, are the proud parents of five children. Arnie received his BA from the Boston Conservatory and became a classical musician. He continues to play with several chamber orchestras.

His geographic proximity to Dick Hellner, our CEO, will enable them to work closely together in establishing an aggressive fundraising plan while Arnie begins to work with our donors, prospective contributors, volunteers and staff.
