In addition to cash, every year members, family and friends of ASAP make personal gifts of non–cash assets. Often donors can provide more generously for the organization by giving these types of assets because of the additional tax benefits often associated with such gifts. Gift of Securities

If held personally, send in separate envelopes the certificate(s) without endorsement and for each stock, a signed, bank-guaranteed stock power form as your name or names appear on the certificate(s) to:

If stock is held in a broker's account, instruct your broker to call our office for instructions on the sale or delivery of securities. Do not sell stock in your account or you will be liable for capital gains tax. Please advise ASAP that a gift of securities is forthcoming.
