As of this afternoon(also my son, Cameron's birthday!) one of my references has given me a glowing review, and with luck the others should check out later today. Wheels are turning!

I found out from my second reference that he'd been contacted today, and I found out yesterday that Information Outreach was just waiting for my second reference to be verified, so I should hear more soon!

Today I got the call I've been waiting for! Yes! I'm in as a volunteer in Information outreach. In fact, next month I'll be selling daffodils to raise funds for Cancer research! And, soon, the person in charge of Information Outreach will be contacting me to meet!

Only a week to go til I sell daffodils for Cancer research. It won't change the past, but it may help the future! It's been 11 months since I lost my wife. I want to do what I can, to help prevent similar tragedies.

Hi Kitt,

You're amazing!! You're doing for a great cause.

I got my daffodil's a few days ago and they bloomed the very next day. The bear was delayed this year which means they are making tremendous strides!!

Take care and many blessings to you and the kids.
GOD Bless!

Tomorrow I should find out details of the flowers I'll be selling Thursday and Friday-where to get them, how to get them to the mall, is it a fixed price per daffodil, do I accept donations too? If I call my contact in the morning, I should be able to get my answers.

It was quite successful, in that I managed to raise three hundred dollars for research.
