PM's Remaining in Outbox

Postby Janice » Tue Mar 25, 2008 10:50 am

Good Morning,

Has anyone, besides me, noticed that your PM's are not moving from the outbox to sent?

Since the site came back on, I noticed that when I send a PM it just sits in the outbox. Is this a problem or just a temporary delay?

Take care,
GOD Bless!
Janice

I just noticed that I have two out there - one from March 19 and one from December, but those are the only two. The rest have gone.

I wonder what's up? Is there someone we can report it to?

Keesha? Sara? They are the ASAP gurus, so maybe they can help.

Thanks for pointing it out!

Thanks HC. Since they always seemed to go straight to my sent box I just assumed it was an automated process. Out-Sent. I never would have guessed they had to be read before they moved to sent.

Thanks again for the explanation.

Did you receive a PM from me today?

Take care,
GOD Bless!

Well, your explanation was right on the money. At least one PM is now gone. Scratch the question I asked you.

Take care,
GOD Bless!

PM Box

IMHO its not a neat feature . I dont want my PM floating around . They need to move on to the recipient .Also you can delete them if you want .

Thanks to Sara for figuring this out and to HC for letting us know! I, for one, like the option. Atleast now I know why I've had one message in there for two months (the person does not have a home computer and probably isn't back to work yet).

Thanks again, guys!
