Off for a little "honeymoon"

Postby PittyPatty » Wed Apr 02, 2008 7:57 am

Haven't been have to keep up much the past few weeks. My job is killing me.

But today DH and I are off for Philadelphia for a long weekend of cherry blossoms and jazz at the Reading jazz festival. It's my x-mas present from the DH as we are going to see my favorite saxaphonist, Candy Dulfer, and some other greats of jazz.

At this point I feel more like staying in bed for the next 5 days, but hopefully will manage to relax and enjoy. DH has promised not to push to hard on the sightseeing and keep it to simpler things like trolley rides, etc. He's pretty high speed on vacations, so I hope I can keep him from making me do too much.

Hope everyone has a great "rest of the week" and no more car accidents or lost puppies!

have lots of fun,and relax for awhile .
TO BEAT STRESS:
LIVE BETTER, KISS SLOWER, HUG TIGHTER, BREATHER DEEPER, AND IF ALL ELSE FAILS THROW STUFF : )-

Give us a sense of humor, Lord,
Give us the grace to see a joke,
To get some humor out of life,
And pass it on to other folk.

Have a wonderful time together. I hope your hotel room has a big soaking tub!

Enjoy! Please take some pics for all us to see the Cherry Blossoms.
