Surgery for Luli

Postby JenandLuli » Mon Oct 26, 2009 7:01 pm

Luli is going to have surgery in 1 week at CHLA. Your prayers are much appreciated!!!

Also, if anyone has any tips or hints on making the hospital stay better or how I can help little lu that would be fantastic!
We are supposed to be there for 4-5 days after surgery. Dr said she would lay flat for 2 days and then she will be up and moving around.

THANKS!

Best wishes to Luli.

When my son had to lay flat for two days the only thing he wanted or needed was his mom and his favorite blanket. He was not up for company and wanted the lights off and quiet. He alternated between sleeping, watching TV and just talking to me.

Trust me, this will be much harder on YOU than on her!

Hello Jen!

Will keep Luli in my thoughts and prayers! Keep us updated on how it all goes! There are some older posts several months back with some surgery tips too if you have time to search. Hang in there!

Hi Jen,

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Keep us posted on this particular procedure, and the product used. It's so new that it would be quite helpful to know how it works out for Lulu.

Take care, (((((Prayers, Love & Hugs)))))
GOD Bless!
