New to CM

Postby Chatham chic » Sat Dec 08, 2007 11:19 am

Hi!
Just wanted to log on and introduce myself.
My husband and I have four children - 13 yo, 10 yo, 7 yo(ADHD, Asperger's syndrome, ODD) and 2 yo (newly dianosed CM - 10-11mm).
Our 2 yo had some atypical seizures and an absence seizure while we were on vacation in August. After some testing we were referred to a neurologist who ordered an MRI. Expecting everything to come back clear we were quite floored to get the diasnosis of CM  ! (She has WHAT???!!!) So, after learning everything we could earlier this year to help our 7 yo, we're now learning what we can about CM for our 2 yo.
Question: Does anyone know anything about Dr. Spinks from Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA?
That's who we're going to see on 12/19.
Thanks for listening and any info. and input would be greatly appreciated!
