How Many Hours Do You Sleep?

How many hours of sleep per day do you require to feel well rested, to feel your best and function well? Including naps and night sleep.

Good point Keesha. Sandy, is it possible to edit the topic statement? If not, maybe you can post a new poll, and change this poll's message body to just plain old how much do you sleep. Actually, it would be kind of neat to have both polls going, to compare how much people feel they need compared to how much they actually get.

10 to 12, but it does not come 10 to 12 hours of strait sleep at one time.

I use to be able to go on 3 to 4 hours of sleep per day, somtimes less, but seems them days are forever gone.

1 1/2 hours a day total. Never all at the same time....yawn...

Bump since there have been threads about fatigue lately. Answer this poll how many hours you actually sleep, and the other poll how many hours you need but might not necessarily get.

I need 10-12 hours to feel rested... haven't slept that long in months! I'm lucky to get 5 hours of sleep these days.

I try to sleep threw the pain. On bad days I wake up take my meds and go back to sleep. Its the only way for me to stay sane on really bad pain days. I wish there was a better way. But the meds dont always help the way they should.
