I live in a small town in Texas about 45 minutes from Austin. It is Luling, Tx. I was diagnosed with CM in April of this year. This is all still new to me.

Hi Chris,

I'm from Coffs Harbour NSW Australia. Believe it or not but I can see kangaroos right outside my laundry door!

Danielle,

My kids would love to see that. We have a friend from Australia and she speaks about he homeland all the time. They want to go there some day. I will have to tell them about what you said. They will just imagine just looking out the window and seeing Kanagoos outside in the yard. LOL.

Chiris,

Your leniage is very interesting. The only person I am know to be related to is an Wester Outlaw John Wesley Hardin on my Mom's side. I don't think much good will come from that. lol

But on the upside of your post. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Smith Mountain Lake. We vacation there every other year or so. It is a beautiful area. I don't think I could do the Winters there but the Lake and area is very nice.

I was born in Washington, DC, Riased in Arlington, VA and now live in Southern Maryland, 25 miles or so south of DC.
So I have spent my whole life in a 60 mile radius of DC. My how times have changed around here.

Yep I am in Southern Maryland. Actually Bryans Road. I have CM / SM my SM is relatively small though.
It is nice being near NIH but it is still a hike to get there. I hope your husband get some help from the study that would make all the trouble getting there worth it.

I seem to have the typical roller-coaster ride with how I feel. Some day are definately better than others but overall I am doing good. My Doctors are out at Georgetown University. I know my problems make them crazy but I have been lucky to have two very good Docs out there that work well with me. I also have an even more rare condition called Dopa-Responsive Dystonia (DRD), this added to the Chiari has definately been a challange to navigate. There are days that I honestly cannot tell which problem is causing what symptoms. lol

Hope everyone is doing good out there...
