Baclofen pump?

I have sm from c4 to l1. I am being sent for an
Eval for a baclofen pump. Anyone have experience
With one? if so how was the surgery recovery, did it

i have not heard of a baclofen pump, sorry. and i have been a nurse for 20 years. but the best advise i can give you is to make sure and do your homework on this. are you seeing a NS who has experience in SM? how long have you had it and have you tried other pain control options? make sure you are totally comfortable with this procedure before you do it. remember, it is your body. i wish you the best

Ok.. I tried to put in search but have only found were
It has been recommended. It would be an
Intrathecal bacolfen pump.. Due to the severity
I my muscle spacicity.. I have a large quick growing
Numb spot. I am wanting to hear from some one who has
Undergone this procedure what the recovery time and
Hospitalization was, pain, success ext. if anyone can help
It is much appreciated
