We are in Great Neck!

Postby hipmummyk » Thu Mar 20, 2008 5:59 pm

Hi all

We arrived this afternoon and I was never happier to get off a plane in my life...we were delayed a couple of hours due to wind, there was a crying baby in the row in front of us, a vomiting child two rows in front of us, and it was a tiny plane so the ride was really bumpy with all the wind.

I'm just thrilled that we made it to Great Neck and I am now excited about my upcoming appts! I will let everyone know how it all goes.

Hubby and I are about to head out to dinner at Tulip...a Turkish restaurant about two blocks from our hotel.

More later on my adventures in NY!

Hi, Katie -

Glad to hear that you made it to Great Neck, and in one piece. Enjoy the next 3 days! Good luck with your appointments and I'll be anxious to hear how everything goes.

Hi Katie,

I'm thrilled you made it there too!! I'm not sure how I would have handled being on a small plane but you did it. I'm not good a flying.

Enjoy your time with your hubby. I wish you well with all your tests.

Take care and I look forward to your update when all is said and done.
GOD Bless!
