Thank you all for your wonderfull replies, prayers and thoughts for the coming period.
My suitcase is packed and early tommorow morning we will be leaving for Germany by car. It's about a 750km drive. My husband will be going back to Holland so I wil be there all on my own.
I am very nervous. As soon as I am back I let you all know how it went and if I had the operation.
Perhaps that my DH will tell you when I am having an operation. I left the instructions with him how to make contact, not sure though if he forget to do it.

That's it for now,
Greetings from Holland

My memory is about as long as a match stick these days so i have to ask
(and i am so sorry i don't already know  )
what are you having done, so i can put you in my prayers . i really apologize, it sounds familiar, but i can not remember .

Give us a sense of humor, Lord,
Give us the grace to see a joke,
To get some humor out of life,
And pass it on to other folk.

Whenever you get nervous, just picture all of us in that little invisible pocket we all carry. Just look down in that shirt pocket and we'll all be there, cheering you on and offering to loan you our courage. YOu won't be alone, we'll be with you in spirit.

Keep us posted!
