Hello again

Postby kmjofga » Tue Dec 13, 2011 9:50 am

Hi all. I have not been on in a very long time.

A couple of weeks ago my SM progressed some more after straining. My legs now are in more pain ever since. It got me thinking about you guys.

Also.. I am seeing specialists at Emory this month to see why my lymph nodes are swelling in my arm pits and groin. They are slowly getting bigger with right armpit being the size of a baseball. I do not have insurance at this time due to premium costs and my limits on work hours. But Emory is helping me with that.

I am very concerned about my upcoming diagnoses and hoping it is just a hidden infection. Lord knows I do not want it to be cancer. I have had a enough of that disease in my life.

So.. had to share. Other than that I am doing well. Hope all of you are doing well have a Merry Christmas.

Hi Marty,

So sorry to hear of your recent struggles. There was a time when my armpit lymph nodes were enlarged to the point I had to have about 4-5 removed, all ended well as I pray is the same in your case. Please keep us posted on the outcome.

As for your problem w/your syrinx/legs, I pray you get relief very soon. We all know, too well, the many ongoing problems a syrinx of any size can cause.

Praying for you.

Take care,
GOD Bless!

Hi Marty:

Nice to hear from you, but sorry for the reason. I would like to give you a stearn talking to about that straining, cuz you know better, but that won't help you any. Usually inlarges lymp glands mean and infection. Recently I had one under my chin and I looked it up and it was associated with dental work and sure enough, I just had some. You can google it and there are some great sites that will tell you which glands go with different parts of the body. It is usually nothing to worry about.

Take care,
